I recently attended a Te Awamutu Chamber of Commerce meeting where Bob Sinclair made a presentation on ACC, discussing what was covered and not covered. This was very informative and we all learned things that we didn’t know about the scheme.
After some thought about that I decided to ask Bob to come along to a staff training session we were holding after hours, so that our staff could hear the same presentation. The information presented was just as valuable for them and they enjoyed the opportunity to learn more about the ‘taboo’ subject of ACC.
Bob has a great presentation style – plenty of facts and figures but presented in a friendly way with just enough humour to take any tedium out of it. The presentation is not long, even with some good questions and ‘what ifs’, with about 10 to 12 mins being sufficient.
I believe we have done our staff a service through this presentation and I would recommend Bob’s services to any employer.

Earlier this year Bob Sinclair arranged with ACC to change my ACC plan to Agreed Value. Recently I broke a bone in my hand and was unable to carry out my work.
Because of the changes made I found the process with ACC was pretty straight forward and the weekly compensation paid out.

We recently had Bob Sinclair, come to Council to talk to staff about ACC and its services.
Bob was helpful in being able to do two separate presentations so that as many staff as possible could attend. The sessions each started right on time and loosely followed his power point presentation which was very suitable for the type of information he was giving.
The presentations were to the point, informative and gave an opportunity for questions and scenarios to be discussed.
I would recommend this presentation to organisation as it provides information about ACC’s services that many people are not aware of.
