Needs Analysis

A good place to start when deciding what type of cover and how much, is whats known in the Financial Services Industry as a "Needs Analysis". Through a series of simple questions, we are able to put together a "picture" of who you are and what your needs are from an insurance prospective.
We use a similar process for both personal and business insurance. (Obviously different questions)
We then put together a comprehensive, yet no obligation, report for you.
​In the report there are a range of options around price.

Price

Price is important. However the interesting thing is the pricing for personal insurance is pretty similar across all the main providers.

Claim Time

This is a most important area. We handle all the detail for you. (You dont want to be in a hospital bed messing around with an insurance claim)

Bob recently completed a claim for a family. The husband didn't really have a lot to do with putting the insurance in place. He left most of it up to his wife. Which is fine. A couple of years after putting the plan in place his wife was diagnosed with a very serious illness. All she said to her husband was "Ring Bob". I was pleased to be able to tell him that his wife was covered.
​Subsequently we were able to pay a substantial lump sum. This money got them through the next 12 months while his wife was recuperating. We are pleased to say she is now back at work and enjoying life once again.

Quality

There can be quite a variation in policy wording (for the same product) across insurers. We use an Independent Research House to provide us with a report on the type of products you are considering and the quality of the product across all the main insurers.
​This takes into account your age, occupation and the type of product being considered. 


Whats the most important area? 
​Bob Says "The longer Im in the business, the more I realise its claim time thats the most important area. Thats when you need to know that the insurance you have is going to provide the right amount of money at the right time
